We will experience the culinary
traditions of the area through classes with local cooks taught in 17th &
18th century villa/farmhouses (see photo); visit local artisans to see
unique cheeses, salami, confections, ice cream, as well as a pasta
production.
We'll stay in a charming and imposing castle
near the sea in the vicinity of Lecce. All of this while enjoying some of the most beautiful scenery Italy
has to offer.
